Payment Policy
  • All sessions must be paid for in advance prior to the first session.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit, Bank Transfer, PayPal.

  • £70 per session

  • Discounts available for packages of 6 or 12 sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
  • 24 hours' notice required.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur full session charge.

  • Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy
  • All session information is confidential except where required by law.

  • If safety risks arise (self-harm or harm to others), information may be shared with relevant professionals.

  • Whenever possible, this will be discussed with the client beforehand.

  • Professional confidentiality standards always applied.

Session Expectations

Initial Consultation: 30-minute phone session.

Standard session length: 60 minutes.

Recommended frequency: Weekly, 6–12 sessions based on goals.

Client Responsibilities
  • Be open and honest.

  • Engage actively in the process.

  • Speak up if uncomfortable.

Refund Policy
  • No refunds for attended sessions.

  • 24 hours' notice required for a full refund.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.
