All sessions must be paid for in advance prior to the first session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

24 hours' notice required.

Cancellations within 24 hours incur full session charge.

Late arrivals end at the scheduled time.

All session information is confidential except where required by law.

If safety risks arise (self-harm or harm to others), information may be shared with relevant professionals.

Whenever possible, this will be discussed with the client beforehand.

Session Expectations
Initial Consultation: 30-minute phone session.
Standard session length: 60 minutes.
Recommended frequency: Weekly, 6–12 sessions based on goals.
